RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY All custom orders are nonrefundable under any circumstances. No returns. Exchanges accepted if applicable. (Unworn, in good condition, exchanged within 10 days of receiving item, with proof of purchase/order). SHIPPING POLICY Orders are shipped through usps priority mail. Once packages are shipped, it is the customers responsibility to receive it. Any loss/damaged packages are not under the responsibility of Chanique Boutique.
